Chris Redman

Adviser Development Manager

"The best things about working at PenLife is, being part of the support and development of each colleague, the passion everybody has for the business, and the absolute drive to help our clients."

Work

As Adviser Development Manager, Chris loves helping others grow and succeed in their careers. He finds it rewarding to mentor and guide the Financial Planners, providing them with the tools and support they need to improve their skills to achieve their goals.

Chris finds seeing their progress and celebrating their successes incredibly fulfilling. Every day brings new challenges and opportunities to make a positive impact on individuals and the business as a whole.

Rest and play

Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending quality time with his family, creating lasting memories during holidays and special occasions. Chris plays golf ( to relax ! ) which provides him with the opportunity to socialise with his friends and family.

He and his wife are keen theatre goers, enjoying the diversity of culture this provides. He finds it is important to maintain a healthy work-life balance, and all of the above helps with this aim.
