Karen joined PenLife in 2024 and is one of the friendly faces clients are greeted by when they visit our office. Working alongside Sharon on Reception, she helps create a welcoming atmosphere and ensures clients feel comfortable from the moment they arrive.
In addition to Reception duties, Karen supports the data side of the business, helping to keep information accurate and up to date. She enjoys the variety her role brings and the opportunity to work with PenLifers across different areas of the business. Karen takes pride in helping things run smoothly and contributing to a positive experience for both clients and the wider team.
Rest and play
Karen lives in York with her husband, Mark. They have a grown-up son & daughter. You can often find Karen running & a little interesting fact about her is that she is fascinated by space & the universe.
Karen also dabbles in fiction writing & is a member of a book club.
