Work
Laura has worked in financial services since 2016, spending most of that time as an IFA Administrator. She joined PenLife bringing a wealth of experience and a strong understanding of the advice process.
Laura plays a key role in supporting Craig and helping his clients stay on track. Her day to day responsibilities include processing new business, maintaining accurate records, preparing documentation and responding to client queries. Laura enjoys the variety her role brings and the opportunity to work closely with clients. She takes pride in helping ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes and enjoys being part of a team dedicated to delivering a great client experience.
Rest and play
Laura likes to keep busy, and outside of work she fills her time seeing friends and family, going on days out, and taking plenty of coffee and cake stops!
Laura also enjoys yoga, swimming, and reading.
